SIMPELBI MOBILE
The SIMPELBI MOBILE is an application that functions to convey information related to DAPENBI
activities in services to recipients of Pension Benefits.
This application has a "HER registration" feature which functions to re-register as a recipient of Pension Benefits.
The HER registration feature requires several data to complete the registration, one of which is the use of
facial data to verify data from Pension Benefit recipients.
The initial stage of using the HER registration feature is to facial identification to detect that the user is a
Pension Benefit recipient who has been registered in DAPENBI, so facial identification an important role as verification data for
Pension Benefit recipients. If facial identification is successful, it will be saved as updated data to the Pension Benefit recipient,
then HER registration can be carried out up to the data entry stage.
The use of facial identification in the SIMPELBI MOBILE application is only carried out when the HER registration feature is activated.
If facial identification failed, the Pension Benefit recipient needs to HER registration manually by coming to the DAPENBI office.

Facial Data Collection
We collect facial recognition data to enable our face recognition system to Her registration function effectively. This data may include facial images.
In using requires user data consisting of facial data and facial identification records when the feature is used by
making facial movements which will be guided by the system to detect whether the user who is doing so is the supposed recipient of Pension Benefits.
The following are the user data processing stages. Users include facial identification records via the Her registration menu which will be verified with facial data held by employee data.

Use of Facial Data
We use facial recognition data for the following purposes: to identify whether the user who performs it is the supposed recipient of Pension Benefits (according to the
employee data that has been entered into the system). The following are details of the use of the information.
Her registration saves facial data entered via the employee data menu. Facial data is stored to identify user data. Facial identification records stored on Her registration
are encrypted and do not create logs containing such facial Identification records.

Retention Facial Data is Permanent until there is a request for data deletion by the retiree, its for periodic use of "Her Registrasi"

device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app
when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
